There are three different plans to choose from. Month-to-month plans are $34.95, and you are billed each month. 3-Month plans are $32.95, and you pay for all three months upfront. 6-Month plans are $30.95 per month, and you pay for all six months upfront. 12-month plans are 28.95 per month, and you pay for all 12 month’s upfront.
ALL PLANS AND SHIPPING COSTS ARE IN US DOLLARS. If you live outside of the US, your bank will automatically convert the charge into your local currency. Exchange rates will apply.

A carefully curated selection of STEM related experiments, projects, and activities. In addition, you will receive a number of cool science related items such as: secret formulas, scientists that inspire, a splash of science fiction and a science surprise each month.
Bob Hagan, our owner, selects the best items to include in the box, which are related to that month’s theme. As an experienced science educator and serial science business owner, Bob spends many hours researching upcoming Club SciKidz Lab releases, and only chooses quality science and technology experiments and equipment.
You can definitely purchase a one-time box! If you would like to give Club SciKidz Labs a try, you can purchase yourself a 1-Month Gift. Just head over to Club SciKidz Labs.com, click the Subscribe tab at the top and follow the steps for a monthly subscription. When you get to checkout, you will see a box labeled "This is a gift". When you tick this box, "will not renew" will show up next to the item in your cart. This will ensure you are purchasing a one-time, non-renewing gift.
The only currency we use is US dollars. Currency exchange rates will apply if you are located outside of the United States.
Currently we accept both debit and credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Email us at support@clubscikidz.com as soon as possible, and we will look into your account for you. If a refund is needed, we're happy to provide it as quickly as we can.
Thank you so much for your interest in our boxes! Although it doesn't happen every month, we do sell out early from time to time. You can always log in to your account by clicking the "LOG IN" button in the upper right hand of the page.
Once you have successfully logged in to your account, there are a variety of different things you can control and access.
You can edit your account settings. This includes your email and password for the account.
You can edit your shipping address. If you have moved recently, or you noticed a mistake with your address, please edit this as soon as possible to ensure that your box is delivered to the right place! Find more information about how to change your address

On the left hand side of the screen you will see your ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you click the 'EDIT' button, you will be taken to a page where you can see the different options for your subscription.
If you click 'Skip Next Renewal' this will allow you to skip your next billing cycle. If you are on the month-to-month plan and aren't interested in a certain theme, you have the option to skip that month by clicking this button. This page is also where you can change your plan to either the month-to-month, 3-month or 6-month plan. For more information on how to skip a box
This is also where you go if you need to cancel your subscription, or if you need to reactivate an already cancelled plan. If you have any questions about your account or how to use any of these features, don't hesitate to ask!
If you are having trouble logging into your account it could be because there is a typo in the email address attached to your account. This is quite common.

If you log into your account, you will see an Edit button at the bottom right, next to your credit card details. Just click the Edit button and you will be able to change your details on the next page. The area may look grayed out but you will be able to type your new credit card number, expire date and CVC number.
If this is your first time signing up you will be billed immediately for your first subscription. After that, you will be billed on the 15th of the month for your next cycle.
When you sign up to Club SciKidz Labs you will be charged immediately for the subscription model you have chosen (1,3,6, or 12 months). Once your subscription cycle is over, you will be re-billed for the same cycle until you decide to switch to a different plan or cancel your subscription.
For example:
Month-to-month plans: Renewals take place on the 15th of each month. You will be charged for one month, unless you have changed your plan.3-Month plans: Renewals take place on the 15th of the month, after you have received 3 Club SciKidz Lab kits. You will be charged again for another 3 months, unless you have changed your plan.
6-Month plans: Renewals take place on the 15th of the month, after you have received 6 Club SciKidz Labs. You will be charged again for another 6 months, unless you have changed your plan.
12-Month plans: Renewals take place on the 15th of the month, after you have received 12 Club SciKidz Labs. You will be charged again for another 12 months, unless you have changed your plan.
Don’t worry! Renewals can fail for a few different reasons such as:
Your credit card on file is either expired or doesn't have the available funds for us to process the charge. Please double check your payment information and add a new credit card if needed.
Our system will continue to try to charge your card each day over the next 10 days. After 10 attempts, your account will go into an expired state. Also, if you do NOT want your renewal to go through, please ensure you cancel your subscription, as our system will keep trying to charge the card otherwise. A failed renewal is not a cancellation.
If you know you might not have the funds in your bank account for a few days, please email support@clubscikidzlabs.com and we can push your renewal date ahead a few days.
In addition to the US, we also ship to Canada.
US shipping is Free and Canadian shipping is determined by weight.

Definitely! You can simply log in to your account on Club SciKidz Labs.com and edit your information.
If you are a US subscriber, please have your new address updated by the 5th of the month so everything is in order when boxes start shipping. Once a shipping label has been printed, we are unable to make any changes.
If you need any help with updating your address, please email support@clubscikidzlabs.com and we will be happy to sort it out for you.
Our monthly boxes ship around the 26th of each month. Once your box ships, you will receive an email with your shipping notification and tracking number.
At this time, only people who are subscribed to a month-to-month plan have an option to skip a box themselves. Simply log in to your account, and you'll see your current subscription information on the left-hand side. Click the 'EDIT' button. On the next page, click the button that says 'Skip Next Renewal'. This will show your old renewal date, and your new renewal date. Just confirm the change and you're good to go!
If you are currently on a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription plan, and would like to skip a box, you still can! You just need to email us at support@clubscikidzlabs.com, so we can manually fix your shipments. Please do not try skipping a renewal within your account, as this will actually skip 3/6/12 months, not just one. We wouldn't want that to happen! Email us and we'll get you sorted!
We are on it! As long as we haven't sold out of the current box, all you need to do is email support@clubscikidz.com. We will be able to manually renew your account for you so you don't miss out on the fun!
Please do not purchase another subscription. This will create two subscriptions under your account, and can cause quite a bit of confusion (and you run the risk of accidentally being charged twice the following month). Just email us and we'll help you out!
If you forgot to skip your renewal, or didn’t get a chance to skip before your renewal went through, please email support@clubscikidz.com as soon as you can. We will be happy to sort things out for you.
If your renewal has gone through and you use the “skip next renewal” button you will end up skipping the next month, not the current month. For example, if your January renewal has gone through but you don’t want that box, hitting the ‘skip next renewal’ button will only skip the February box. You will still be charged for and be sent the January box.
We don’t want you to receive a box you're not interested in, so please contact support@clubscikidz.com as soon as possible so we can skip the correct box before it ships.
Once a box ships, we are unable to cancel or refund it.
Wonderful! Thank you for thinking of Club SciKidz Labs! Here are the steps to purchase Club SciKidz Labs as a gift:
Check 'This is a Gift' at Checkout (this will be pre-checked if you clicked the Gift button on the home page) and choose whether or not you want the gift-subscription to renew at the end of its term. If you choose to renew, the box will renew on the 15th of the month.
Enter your billing information and click 'Checkout'. That's it! We'll ship the box to your gift recipient between two to three business days. You will receive a shipment notification from us (with tracking information) as soon as the box ships.
Generally, a gift subscription will not renew. That being said, if you wish to set up an auto-renewing subscription for someone, you just need to choose the “Automatically renew this subscription” option at checkout. (If you don’t see it right away, it will show up after you click the “This is a gift” box.
With an auto-renewing subscription, you don’t need to worry about missing a box or taking any further action. The subscription will continue to auto-renew for another cycle until you decide to cancel.
If you have clicked the “This is a gift” box during checkout, you don’t have to worry about cancelling or being charged again in the future.
Once the subscription has been fulfilled, be it a 1-Month, 3-Month, 6-Month or 12-month gift, the subscription will automatically expire.
Unfortunately, a gift subscription can’t be modified once it is purchased. If you wish to keep receiving Club SciKidz Labs, you can sign up for another subscription after your first one has finished.
Note: If you purchase a second subscription too soon, you risk receiving duplicate boxes.
If you decide to continue on with your Club SciKidz Labs subscription, we recommend the Month-to-Month plan, as it is quite flexible. It will auto-renew on the 15th of every month, so you don't have to worry about missing a box. If there is a theme you aren't interested in, you can easily skip a month. You can also cancel at any time and reactivate your subscription when you wish to start receiving more boxes or there is a theme you are interested in.
Additional boxes and an auto-renewal subscription can be purchased at the time of the first purchase you make with Club SciKidz, or you can go to My Account and add or adjust orders in your account.
Our boxes are appropriate for ages 7 and older. Younger children can also benefit with the additional help of a parent. We always have high expectations for children and are we never disappointed. With a little help, 4 and 5 year olds can experiment and create with their Club SciKidz Lab Box!
Unfortunately, we are unable to include a personalized note within the gift itself.
We do have printable gift enclosures and downloadable email attachments you can give or send to the recipient to let them know something exciting is on the way!
Gift Enclosures:
If you purchase a gift before the last day of the month, the gift recipient will be sent that month’s box.
If you purchase a gift after the last day of the month, they will receive the following month’s box.
For example:
If you purchase a 3-Month gift subscription on December 14th, the subscription will begin with the January box and the recipient will receive boxes for January, February and March.
If you purchase a 3-Month gift subscription on January 29th, the subscription will begin with the February box. And the recipient will receive boxes for February, March and April.
Boxes are shipped around the 26th of each month.

REMEMBER: You can always log into your Club SciKidz Labs Account and REACTIVATE your subscription if you decide to rejoin Club SciKidz Labs. To do so you will follow the same steps as above, clicking REACTIVATE instead of CANCEL. You will be sent confirmation e-mail once your subscription is successfully reactivated.
Make sure you cancel your subscription by the last day of the current month. Otherwise, you will be billed again on the 15th of the month and will receive the next month's box.
